What are the shipping options?

Shipping will only take place on weekdays and not on the weekends. We offer standard shipping, this usually takes 2-7 days if shipped from ITD USA, if shipped from ITD HQ (in Seoul, Korea), it can take up to 1-2 weeks. Shipping for all items are FREE at this time.
What do I do if I received a defective order?

We at INTO THE DEEP take great care in the packaging of our products, but if you do receive a defective product we would require you to mail back the product, and after assessing the return product a refund will be processed. Please note our STORE POLICY for more detailed information.

How should I care for my INTO THE DEEP shirts and hoodies?

FOR SHIRTS - We recommend that you machine wash cold, avoid bleach. Hang dry or tumble dry medium. INTO THE DEEP recommends hand washing all imprinted products. FOR HOODIES - We recommend that you machine wash warm and inside out, tumble dry medium. INTO THE DEEP recommends hand washing all imprinted products.

How do the sizes run?

As a general rule of thumb, our styles fit true to size.
How often does INTO THE DEEP restock products?

INTO THE DEEP products will be updated year round with new designs and colors with the classic styles mixed in. Some of our limited styles are for a season or two only and will not be restocked.
