Artist statement: "I wanted to keep the look of the design on the front without having to separate the design from the text. Selecting the base, I liked the comparison between the original design on the ITD shirt juxtaposed with the marble statue of the base shirt. It felt like an update to it, almost like a connection of the past to the future. I enjoyed that INTO THE DEEP was created like a ransom note with its cut out letters so I used a more messy stitch to put it on." -WuStyles
